About the Club
Fulfordgate
We are a friendly club that plays at The Mount School, York, on Friday evenings from 7.30pm to 9.30pm.
We welcome new members who wish either to play socially or would like the opportunity to play league badminton. We enter teams in the York & District badminton league. You are invited to join us for a drink at the pub afterwards.
We also organise social events.

Directions
From Blossom Street: Continue along the A1036 going straight ahead at the traffic lights at Holgate Road and again at Scarcroft Road. After the junction with Scarcroft Road get into the right hand lane and at the next set of traffic lights turn right into Dalton Terrace then immediately left into Driffield Terrace. Continue to the bottom of Driffield Terrace and just before the corner with Love Lane turn right into The Mount's car park. Drive through this into a second car park and then on into a third where you should park.
From Holgate Road: At the iron bridge turn right into Dalton Terrace and continue along until the junction with Driffield Terrace. Turn right at the junction and continue to the bottom of Driffield Terrace and just before the corner with Love Lane turn right into The Mount's car park. Drive through this into a second car park and then on into a third where you should park.
From the A64:Take the A1036 signposted for the Race Course. Follow the signs for the City Centre. Continue along Tadcaster Road until the traffic lights at the top of the hill. Turn left into Dalton Terrace and immediately left down Driffield Terrace. Continue to the bottom of Driffield Terrace and just before the corner with Love Lane turn right into The Mount's car park. Drive through this into a second car park and then on into a third where you should park.
On-site Access
The sports hall is accessed via the tarmac tennis courts next to the car park.

IMPORTANT: The Mount have introduced parking charges in all their car parks. The first hour is free but after that a charge is applicable. Presently they are offering an exemption for sports hall users provided vehicles are registered on their system on arrival. Vehicles should be registered on the evening of the match & the sports hall supervisor has an iPad to facilitate this. Any vehicle not registered will receive a penalty notice from the company contracted by The Mount School.
