The approach road into York RI is off Queen Street in York, not far from York Railway Station. Approaching from the station take the second right into Queen Street. Approaching from Blossom street it is the second left.
Continue past some outbuildings to find either the limited amount of free parking behind the hall or the pay-on-exit car park beyond.
Alternatively, the RI is within easy walking distance of York Railway Station and close to a number of frequent bus services. A further alternative car park is Nunnery Lane, also a short walk.
