About the Club
Minsthorpe Badminton Club
A small friendly club based at Minsthorpe Community College in South Elmsall between Barnsley, Doncaster and Wakefield. Our club nights are Mondays and Fridays from 7:30pm until 9:30pm. Matches start at 7pm.
The club is open for visitors and new players between May and August. We welcome anyone with playing experience - recent or past - and we are particularly keen to welcome ladies who want to play in the local league. Directions
Take A1 South to Barnsdale Bar, signposted A639 Pontefract. Turn left and cross A1 over flyover to T junction. Turn left & then immediately right and continue for several miles straight across roundabout and traffic lights. The college is approx. 1000m down the right.
On-site Access
Entrance to Sports Hall is at the bottom of the hill on the right - enter just before the speed camera and park in the large car park. Hall is the last building on the right.
